Daisy Chain Apiary ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or place an order, and how we use it. We keep this simple because our data practices are simple.
What We Collect
When you place an order or join a waitlist, we collect the information needed to serve you: your name, email address, and shipping address. Payment information (card numbers) is handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
How We Use It
We use your information solely to process and ship your orders, send order confirmations, notify you when a waitlisted product is back in stock, and respond to your questions. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Service Providers
We rely on a few trusted services to run our shop, and your data passes through them only as needed to fulfill your order:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — order and waitlist emails
- Sanity — product and order data storage
- Vercel — website hosting
- Cloudflare — security and bot protection
Each of these providers maintains its own privacy and security practices.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies and local browser storage — primarily to keep your shopping cart working as you browse. We don't use invasive advertising trackers.
Your Choices
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@daisychainapiary.com. We'll respond as promptly as we can.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
