By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them — they're meant to be fair and straightforward.
Products & Availability
Our honey is harvested in small, seasonal batches and is sold in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product. Colors and flavors vary naturally between harvests.
Pricing & Orders
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and stock, but in the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods at checkout, all processed through Stripe. Your payment is processed securely, and we never store your full card details.
Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location and carrier, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, but if your order is lost or damaged in transit, we'll work with you to make it right.

Food product notice. Our honey is a raw, unprocessed food product. Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age. Raw honey may contain naturally occurring pollen and trace elements; if you have allergies or health concerns, consult your physician before consuming.
Intellectual property. All content on this site — including our name, logo, artwork, photography, and text — belongs to Daisy Chain Apiary and may not be used without our permission.
Liability & governing law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
